Age: 42
Condition: Scoliosis and Chronic Pain
Symptoms: Increasing low back and hip pain

The Challenge

Scoliosis was diagnosed as a child and she was recommended to undergo surgery.  She started to experience increasing low back and hip pain.  She had been receiving treatment and core strengthening exercises prior to visiting our clinic, but her pain continued to worsen and she felt her scolosis progressing.  


The Solution: Total Scoliosis Solution (TSS) Program

She enrolled in our TSS Program, where we designed a personalized treatment plan focused on:

Scoliosis specific exercises and home program to build confidence in scoliosis self-management

The Results

After following the TSS Program, There is a marked improvement in her alignment and balance. By reducing the uneven pressure on her spine, discs, and joints, her pain has decreased.  A year later, now 43 years old, follow up x-rays showed a 25% curve reduction – proving that it’s never too late to take charge of your health.
