Juvenile Scoliosis Good Responder

Patient Profile

Age: 7
Condition:  Juvenile Idiopathic Scoliosis
Symptoms:  None
Goal:  Curve reduction and stabilization

The Challenge

At 7 years of age and with juvenile scoliosis, there is a very high risk of rapid progression in this age group.  She started the TSS Program and was very compliant with our protocols.   Follow-up x-rays a year later showed 100% curve reduction and no identifiable scoliosis on the x-ray.  Due to unfinished growth she is still under modified treatment and observation.

The Solution: Total Scoliosis Solution (TSS) Program

She enrolled in our TSS Program, where we designed a personalized treatment plan focused on:

Curve reduction and stabilization

Eliminating and minimizing risk factors of scoliosis progression

Scoliosis-specific exercise program unique to her curve type and customize  a home program

Managing and monitoring her progress throughout her growth phase

The Results

The patient has thus far responded exceptionally well and her prognosis is very good.  Our goal is that she will reach skeletal maturity with no scoliosis.
